The PIWS accessibility journey is a structured approach that supports organisations step-by-step to improve accessibility. This includes staff training, community engagement and ongoing improvement planning.
Accessibility Champions are members of your staff who receive additional guidance and training to help lead accessibility improvements within your organisation.
Access Ambassadors are disabled people and parents of disabled children who provide lived experience feedback through visits and reviews. Their insights help organisations understand real visitor experiences.
